About

Jared Kuvent is a Creative Community Technologist. He works where technology meets people — game design, multimedia, visual effects, photography — and has spent his career on one question: how technology can hold community and culture together rather than thin them out.

He co-founded Digital Operations at Nickelodeon and built its first digital archive, directed Discovery — a cultural-preservation platform at the University of Melbourne — and taught multimedia to artists with intellectual disabilities. He is a documentary photographer, attentive to light and place.

Current experiments include the Cove, a small walkable world that remakes itself around you.
